Company Background

DLA was started in 2006 by Dean Allen. In 2007 the Ltd Company was formed and continues today to increase its trading base year on year. Together with one of the founder members, Operations Manager Keith Smith, DLA initially entered the market as local builders. However due to high demand from commercial clients & landlords, DLA Building Services Ltd decided in 2010 to establish a division with dedicated services for the domestic & commercial property maintenance sector by establishing DLA Property Maintenance. DLA Property Maintenance exists to respond to our clients’ property maintenance and refurbishment needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How We Operate

DLA operates out of Eastleigh, Hampshire where we have a store to stock our vans, ready to start any planned maintenance. Whilst we carry stock in our vans we also have many trade accounts to choose from in all local areas to complete your job as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Most of our clients request works via email or phone which we respond to within 24 hrs to arrange an appointment to view the works and prepare a free quotation. We aim to provide you with a written quotation within 72 hrs of our visit. We have built up a network of reliable tradesmen and suppliers and we pride ourselves that everyone we use to complete your job is courteous, professional and fully qualified within their trade. All works are guaranteed and insured.

DLA are also members of Checkatrade whose pre-membership vetting includes verification of insurances, qualifications and professional memberships of employees. Both of these bodies continuously monitor professional performance of the company.
