Rates are completely transparent and highly competitive.

We have a fixed minimum one hour charge but any extra time we spend with you is only billed by the half hour.

We do not charge for estimates and have an average turnaround time of 72 hours from attending to providing you with a full written quote. Please note, however, that inspections are chargeable.

For more than 7 hours work call us for discounted daily rates. All works lasting longer than 7 hours are subject to a fixed price quote. Fixed price quotes are detailed documents listing site visit, schedule of works and breakdown of prices for complete transparency, this service is absolutely free with no obligation to take any services offered.

Every job is different, the time it takes to complete will be dependent on such factors as size, age and condition of a property so for smaller jobs we charge by the half-hour to better reflect the amount of work it takes to repair that leaking tap rather than a standard daily charge. But for jobs lasting a day or longer we discount the hourly rate.

Sometimes it is better to quote for the whole job, such as fitting a new bathroom, and therefore we will give you a fixed price quote.

For the landlord wanting property maintenance, or the business wanting planned monthly maintenance, a tailored charge is made to reflect the specifics of a job.

Charging bands 1-4:

1.      Works lasting 1 – 7 hrs 

Based on half-hourly charge

2.      Works of 8hrs or more

Based on daily rates

 3.      Fixed price quotation

Price for labour & materials regardless of time Subject to variation
